Refund policy

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the Romance Jumpstarters Love Letter you purchased, we will refund 100% of the money you paid for it provided you make your refund request within 7 days of purchase.

To make a refund request, simply send us an email at the address shown below.

In your email, please tell us the name of the Love Letter you purchased and the date on which you bought it.

And that's all. Nothing more. You don't even have to tell us why you want a refund (although it would help us out a lot if you were to let us know how we failed to fully delight you).
